1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using rawreels.tv, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access or use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service contains adult sexually explicit material that is not suitable for minors.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. One account per person is permitted.

4. Subscription Plans, Billing & Recurring Charges

Paid memberships are billed through our authorized payment processor. rawreels.tv does not offer any free trial, introductory price, or promotional-period membership. The full pricing and recurring-billing terms for each plan are as follows:

• Monthly Membership. Initial charge of €10.99 upon sign-up, which grants 30 (thirty) days of full access. The Monthly Membership is a recurring subscription: unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your payment card will be automatically charged €10.99 every 30 (thirty) days for continued access, until you cancel.
• 6-Month Membership. One-time upfront charge of €39.96, which grants 6 (six) months of continuous access. This plan is a single, non-recurring payment and does not auto-renew. Access ends at the conclusion of the 6-month term unless you purchase a new membership.

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The descriptor that will appear on your credit card or bank statement is the one set by our payment processor (see the Billing Support section below for details).

Recurring charges on the Monthly Membership will continue on the cycle described above until you cancel your membership, as described in section 5. We will not provide advance notice of each individual recurring charge; by subscribing to the Monthly Membership you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on the schedule set out above until you cancel.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, through any of the following channels:

• Inside your account under Account Settings → Subscription.
• Through our payment processor's end-user support page at www.vtsup.com.
• By writing to [email protected] from the email address on your account.

Cancellation is effective immediately for future billing cycles: no further recurring charges will be made after cancellation is processed. Your access will continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

6. Refund Policy

If you believe you have been charged in error, or if you wish to request a refund, please contact [email protected] within seven (7) days of the charge. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, where applicable, processed through our payment processor. Unauthorized or fraudulent charges should be reported immediately to both us and to the payment processor contacts listed under Billing Support.

7. Content Moderation & Pre-Publication Review

Karbon Media, S.L. reviews every piece of content before it is made available on rawreels.tv. This pre-publication review applies to all media formats offered on the Service, including pre-recorded videos, photo sets, and custom clips.

As part of this review Karbon Media verifies, at minimum, that: (i) every person visible in the content is an adult (18 years of age or older) and has been identity-verified; (ii) every person visible in the content has signed a written model release and consent form specific to that content; (iii) the content does not depict or reference any of the prohibited categories listed below; and (iv) the content complies with applicable law and with the rules of our payment processor.

The following categories of content will not be accepted, will not be published, and will be removed on sight if detected:

• Any person who is, or appears to be, under 18 years of age.
• Any depiction or reference to non-consensual or forced sexual activity.
• Any sexual activity involving animals or non-human creatures.
• Any hate crimes, injuries, mutilation, violence or extreme pain.
• Any depiction or mention of blood (including menstruation) or scat.
• Any depiction of alcohol, illegal substances, or anything that could reasonably be perceived as such.
• Any visible animals or pets of any kind.
• Any person visible in the content who has not signed a valid written release; blurring, masking or framing out is not an acceptable substitute.

Karbon Media does not and will not rely on "best effort" language in respect of content moderation: the obligations set out in this section are unconditional commitments, not discretionary ones.

8. Responsibility for Content

Karbon Media, S.L. is fully responsible for all content published on rawreels.tv. All content is reviewed, approved, and hosted under the editorial responsibility of Karbon Media, S.L. before publication. Performers, models and other contributors are not, and shall not be held, individually responsible for the content made available on the Service; responsibility rests with Karbon Media, S.L. as the operator and publisher of the Service.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Karbon Media, S.L. does not control, and is not responsible for, the content of third-party websites. Any third-party link found to lead to content in breach of these Terms or of applicable law will be removed from the Service as soon as we become aware of the issue, in accordance with the Complaints Procedure in section 11 below.

10. User Conduct

All content on the Service is intended for adult audiences only. You agree not to:

• Share account credentials with third parties.
• Download, copy, or redistribute content without authorization.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service.
• Access the Service if you are under 18 years of age.
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where adult content is prohibited.

11. Complaints Procedure

Karbon Media, S.L. takes all complaints seriously and handles them within mandatory timeframes. Complaints may be submitted through any of the following channels:

A complaint should include (where applicable): the URL or content identifier, a description of the issue, the complainant's contact information, and any supporting evidence.

Illegal or non-consensual content: any complaint alleging that content is illegal, non-consensual, involves a minor, or otherwise falls within the prohibited categories listed in section 7 will be investigated and, if confirmed or credibly alleged, the content will be removed within 24 hours of the complaint being received.

All other complaints (including billing disputes, account issues, third-party link reports, and general concerns) will be acknowledged on receipt and resolved within 5 (five) days of receipt.

All content on the Service is owned by or licensed to KARBON MEDIA, S.L. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

14. DMCA / Copyright Notices

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to [email protected] including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.

16. Account Termination

If you materially breach these Terms (for example by attempting to upload prohibited content, by sharing credentials, or by bypassing access controls), we will suspend or terminate your account. Upon termination your right to access the Service ceases immediately. This clause is about user accounts only; it does not limit the unconditional moderation obligations set out in section 7.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KARBON MEDIA, S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
